- Content you provide. Project names, files, messages, briefs, feedback, and other materials you upload or submit in the course of production work.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, device type, general location derived from IP, and similar diagnostics typical of hosted web applications.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Provide, operate, and secure our website and services
- Authenticate authorized users and prevent abuse
- Communicate about projects, orders, and support
- Process payments and fulfill orders where applicable
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use
4. Sharing and subprocessors
We use reputable service providers to host and run the product. Depending on your interaction, data may be processed by infrastructure and software vendors such as hosting (e.g. Vercel), database and authentication (e.g. Supabase), payments (e.g. Stripe), email or file delivery tools you configure, and AI or media APIs used only as needed to deliver features you use. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information as "sale" is commonly understood. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (for example a merger), subject to appropriate safeguards where applicable.
5. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute resolution needs. Project materials may be retained according to your agreements and operational backups.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object or opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your request.
If you are a California resident, see also Section 10 (California residents) below for additional detail, including deletion and data portability requests.

Our services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International users
If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our vendors operate.
10. California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA") may apply to our collection and use of certain personal information about you.
You may have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and retain, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
- Deletepersonal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (this is the main U.S. statutory "deletion" right; laws outside the U.S. sometimes describe similar ideas as a "right to be forgotten").
- Correct inaccurate personal information, where applicable.
- Obtain a copy of certain personal information in a portable and usable format, where applicable (sometimes called a data portability request).
- Opt outof the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where those activities occur and the right applies. As described above, we do not sell personal information in the conventional sense; if our practices change, we will describe how to opt out.
- Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information in defined cases, where applicable.
- Non-discrimination for exercising these rights (we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service solely because you exercised your rights, except as permitted by law).
To submit a request to exercise these rights, email us at admin@jewellabs.ai. We will verify your request in line with applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf in some cases; we may require proof of authorization.
