2. The service

JewelLabs provides information about our work, a public catalog preview, and (for authorized users) internal production tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

Access to the internal lab is limited to authorized accounts we permit. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
• Interfere with or overload the service or other users
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest except as allowed by robots.txt or with our consent
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Upload malware or harmful content

5. Intellectual property

The site, branding, text, graphics, and other materials we provide are owned by JewelLabs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site for personal or internal business use in line with these Terms. Client project deliverables are governed by separate agreements.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JEWELLABS AND ITS TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, IF NO FEES APPLIED.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify JewelLabs against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

If you are a California resident, additional privacy-related disclosures and rights (including requests for access, deletion, correction, and portability) may apply as described in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights where the law requires otherwise.

You may wish to replace the governing law and venue with your own state or country after legal review.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
